Pv Sindhu, a two-time Olympian, will lead a seven-member Indian team at the badminton competition at the Paris 2024 Olympics starting on July 27.

The only Indian badminton player competing in the ladies’ singles event is Pv Sindhu, a former world champion who is seeded tenth.

The men’s singles project will be carried out by bronze medalists hs prannoy and lakshya sen from the World Championships. Lakshya Sen is unseeded, whereas Hs Prannoy is the 13th seed.

Tanisha crasto and Ashwini Ponnappa will appear to lead the gap in the men’s and women’s doubles events, respectively. Satwiksairaj rankireddy and Chirag Shetty In the guys’ doubles, Satwiksairaj and Chirag are the 1/3 seeds. Ponnappa and Crasta lack seeds. India will never again contend inside the mixed pairs.

All events will start with round-robin group ranges before the knockout rounds. In doubles, the two best players from each group will advance to the sectional finals, whereas in singles, the best players from each group will advance to the finals.

A total of 172 top shuttlers from round the field will be moving at the la chapelle field for the term of paris 2024 Olympics.
